Right. It's been three weeks since I have finished my PR and Communication degree. The question I hear you all asking is "what have you been doing since then?". The answer is.... NOTHING PRODUCTIVE WHAT - SO - EVER, but am I ashamed? NO! I think that I have every right to sit around on my bum doing nothing worth while for a few weeks... I mean, I HAVE just finished my degree, so I think it's completely fair enough!!! Ok.. I seem to making up excuses for myself now... so lets move on!
Anyway, I thought that with all this free time that seems to have sprung upon me from nowhere, it would be the perfect time to get writing again. I did have a blog already up and running but most of it was based around my degree, and quite frankly I am not interested in the student way of thinking anymore. I am about to step into a whole new chapter of life, so what better way to start than by creating a whole new blog to keep track of what's going on in my life (yes I know there is nothing exciting going on yet, but there WILL be...!).
Im gonna be honest here. I know I have just finished a degree in PR and all that, but don't expect this blog to be based just around that! I'll be using it to tell you all kinds of things... and I'll start with telling you about my recent trip to Florida. My parents, my oldest brother (I have another older brother too, but the one I'm talking about is the older of the two, so the oldest older one...ok you get it) and I went to Orlando, Florida for 5 days. The main reason for our trip was sad, we went to have a memorial service for my Grandma who passed away two years ago (she was 94! I hope I last that long!). So the first day (Sunday) was a bit emotional as we had the service with all the family who were able to make it. Although it was a sad occasion, we have more family who live in Orlando so we wanted to have fun with them and make the most of our time out there, after all.. it's not often we all get to be together! We stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel which is part of the Universal Studio's complex, and it was incredible! Below are a few cheeky snaps which should sum up the rest of our holiday, don't get too jealous !! Oh, and the majority of photo's revolve around food....it's all we seemed to do!!
If I have any advice to give.. don't give yourself ANY restrictions when going to Florida. Have the money to shop, the room in your tummy for delicious food (be warned of the HUGE portions though!), and the energy to wander around the theme parks for hours!
